Opposing Screenwriting Notes: What to Do – BlueCat Advice Video

In this video, BlueCat Founder and Judge Gordy Hoffman discusses what do when you receive opposing notes on your screenplay. Gordy says that screenplay writing is an art, not a science, so you are bound to get opposing suggestions from people from time to time. When this happens, Gordy says to think about the origin of where this part of your script that you are getting notes on came from. Really think about why you included it in the first place. Does removing it or changing the portion affect your resonance with your characters for the worse? If so, it may be okay to ignore.
