In 2004, BlueCat partnered with the High Falls Film Festival (now 360/365) in Rochester, New York to stage live readings of one of our top screenplays. BlueCat brings the writers to Rochester to witness their work read by actors before a audience at the famous George Eastman House, the birthplace of motion picture film.
Screenplay Live winners participate in the casting and rehearsal process, followed up by a Q and A with the audience following the reading. Winners receive an all expenses paid trip to the festival, a cash stipend and award.
All submissions to BlueCat are eligible for this unique experience.
