Convert to PDF


  1. Download and install CutePDF = if you haven’t already done so. Download and install Free Converter as well. Do it separately.
  2. Find and Open your official document
  3. Go to file = click Print
  4. Click on setup
  5. Select CutePDF Writer from small drop down box = click OK.
  6. Make sure you have selected entire file at top. Click Print (you will get a Save As box)
  7. Select a folder (recommend you use My Documents) and give it a file name.
  8. Click save (your document should now be saved as a PDF)
  9. Exit and go to My Documents and try to open. If it opens you’re ready. It should show file is now PDF.
  10. Go to Outlook Express and click Create Mail
  11. Make sure you enlarge screen
  12. Type in the proper information, e-mails etc.
  13. Click the word attachment
  14. A drop down box appears where you can find your document
  15. Click on file name
  16. Click word attach at bottom right
  17. You should now see your file as part of the e-mail
  18. Click the word SEND


  1. Click File > Print.
  2. Select whatever you wish to include in the PDF (i.e., Entire Script, Selected Pages, etc.).
  3. Uncheck “Run SmartCheck.”
  4. If you have made a title page under File > Title Page Publisher, you can choose to check the box labeled “Print Title Page” to include it as the first page of the PDF file.
  5. Next, change where it says “Print Normally to Printer” to “Create Adobe PDF file”.
  6. Click OK.
  7. A Save As window should come up asking where you want to save the PDF file. Type in a filename (.PDF will be appended automatically to the end).
  8. At the top of the window, choose where you want to save the file.
  9. Click Save.


  1. In FD 7.1x go to File/Save as PDF.
  2. In FD 7.0x and FD6, go to File>Save As.
  3. Under the Format or Save As Type dropdown menu you’ll see Adobe Acrobat document (.pdf).

  1. This download allows you to export and save to the PDF format in eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs. It also allows you to send files as e-mail attachments in the PDF format in a subset of these programs.
